What data I collect

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to respond. The Cal.com calendar loads automatically only if you accept the cookie notice, or when you press “Load calendar”: if you book a meeting, you will provide your contact details and the information needed to manage it to Cal.com, which acts as a provider; once loaded, Cal.com may also process connection data such as your IP address. Our site does not collect browsing data through analytics or advertising.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we agree on it, to manage the contracted project. We don't use your data for profiling, advertising, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Responding to enquiries and managing bookings or projects: pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in handling your request (Article 6(1)(f)). Keeping invoicing and accounting records: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Loading the Cal.com calendar: your consent when accepting the cookie notice, or your explicit action when pressing “Load calendar”.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months after the last communication and then deleted. If you hire us, we keep project data for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, blocked for the applicable legal periods (generally 6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax purposes).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to andreu@dualis.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Hosting and providers

Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA), which may log technical connection data for security reasons. Bookings: Cal.com, Inc. (USA), only if you activate the calendar. Email: the owner’s email provider. Transfers to the USA rely on each provider’s contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We do not share your data for commercial purposes; you can ask for more detail by writing to the contact address.
